How to return a product?

Can I return items that do not fit me?

All items purchased on-Phone can be return within 7 days after receipt. Your items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Be careful not to detach the label and not dirty items.

What if the item received is damaged or defect?

Your item is damaged or defect? You can make a claim with our services.

Please follow the following steps :

Please send us a short description of how the error occurred.
Please include 4-5 relevant pictures of the problem identified. It must be clearly visible to our customer service. In addition, please photograph the article in its entirety, front and back.

Send us your complaint by e-mail in the subject line your order number + name of the product.

Once we receive your photos, we will process your request as quickly as possible..
